Good Afternoon!

This Tuesday is our last rehearsal before winter break. Auditions will be completed by the end of the rehearsal and students will know performing and leadership placements. Also, make sure you have your first payment turned in!

Rehearsal Schedule for the week of 12.19:

• Tuesday, December 20th 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN

We are off until January 10th. Have a great break!!

Tuition Payment Options:

If you chose the 4 payment plan your first payment was due last Tuesday. Make sure you are current.

1. Full Payment ($600) on or before December 15th

2. Payment Plan (4 payments)

$150 – Tuesday, December 15th 2016

$150 – Tuesday, January 10th 2017

$150 – Tuesday, February 7th 2017

$150 – Tuesday, March 7th 2017

Ear Plugs: Are your performers wearing them? Please remind them!

Hearing loss is a real danger for your performers. We are forced to always rehearse inside because of the elements. Please make sure you remind your performers to wear ear plugs at rehearsal. I personally purchase a two pair set from CVS for $4.99. A photo of the box is below.

Sheet Music & Drill Link (Performers)

Performers please follow the link below to access the handbooks and show music after Tuesday. This will also be the location for drill and show music. Please save this link. These exercises are only to be used by current LTWP members. Do not share the handbooks with anyone else (We only have permission to use them for LTWP).

Tonight is the FINAL chance to prepare your uniform/garment bag for the Pasadena trip! Monday, Dec 19, 5:30-8:30pm in the LC uniform room.

All students travelling to Pasadena need a uniform fitting and garment bag preparation.

• Students need to bring 2 pairs of clean black socks to the fitting to put in their garment bag.

We are still feverishly working to fund the Rose Parade trip for our neediest students. All of you who know Randy, understand how important it is to him that all of his students experience this once in a lifetime trip! Please stop by and wish Randy well on his future endeavors while supporting the Marching Pride of Lawrence TownshipThis our last Pride to Pasadena dine to donate for Pasadena, and is also doubling as a retirement gathering for Mr. Greenwell.

A full itinerary for rehearsals will be sent.

*** All luggage must be dropped off immediately after rehearsal. Students need to make arrangements for their luggage to be dropped off at LC before leaving LC for the evening!

Pasadena Preparation:

• REMIND 101: ALL full package travelers, which includes Students, Adults, Chaperones and Staff attending the Pasadena Trip need to sign up for the MPLT Pride to Pasadena Remind 101, before departure! This Remind 101 is managed by the directors, used exclusively for the Pride to Pasadena trip as a means of sending real time updates, reminders, adjustments to the itinerary, or any other need to communicate emergency information. To sign up, text @mpltrose to the number 81010.

• UNIFORM PREPARATION AND FITTINGS: All students travelling to Pasadena need a uniform fitting and garment bag prep before the trip.

• STUDENT FORMS REQUIRED: All students must complete and turn the following forms in to their Performing Arts Office:
  • Pasadena Trip Performer Contract
  • Pasadena Trip Student Medical Release Form

• TAGALONG INFORMATION:
  • Tagalong travelers will be able to ride school buses from LC to the airport and on the return.

• Tagalong Traveler Transportation Clarification (Southern California) – for tagalong travelers, to clarify what transportation will be included and when:
  • Long Beach Airport to Doubletree Anaheim/Orange (12/28)
  • Doubletree Anaheim/Orange to Rose Parade Seating (1/2)
  • Rose Parade Seating to Doubletree Anaheim/Orange (1/2)
  • Doubletree Anaheim/Orange to Long Beach Airport (1/4)

MPLT Payments:

• Final payments for MPLT should have been made or payment plans completely up to date.

MPLT Items to Purchase:
