MPLT Medical Release Consent – Due by July 1, 2020

2020-21 IHSAA Physical Form – Due by July 1, 2020 (new marchers only)


2020 Financial Information

MPLT Financial Information 2020

All payments will be made through your home school’s booster organization. The total cost for marching band is $700, which includes all fees (except for the cost of shoes for new marchers).

The quickest and easiest way to pay is through each school’s online payment portal, linked below:

Make checks payable to Lawrence Central Performing Arts Association (LCPAA) or Lawrence North Band Boosters (LN Band).

Minimum Payment Schedule:

  • All prior fees paid in full ($0 balance owed) by July 1, 2020
  • $200 down payment received by July 13, 2020
  • $200 installment payment by August 1, 2020
  • $100 installment payment by September 1, 2020
  • $100 installment payment by October 1, 2020
  • $100 final payment by November 1, 2020


Volunteer Background Check

Background checks must be completed by parent volunteers and non-MSDLT staff members at the start of each MPLT season. Completed forms should be turned in to your home school’s performing arts office.
