Trip Departure Preparations and Assistance Request
Mandatory Uniform Fittings, Inventory and Packing
All Rose Parade marchers (current students and alumni) must report for a uniform fitting and garment bag inventory.
Volunteers are needed to help with the fitting and inventory process. If you have any experience with taking measurements, adjusting hems your help is really needed. As well as measuring students and adjusting uniforms, each uniform piece must be inventoried and sealed in a garment bag for transport to Pasadena.
Even if you can’t stay for the whole time, there will be tasks we could use assistance with while your students are being fitted. Please, come in and lend a hand for a few minutes!

Parents and students, during the fitting process, your patience and respect for the volunteers who are trying to make sure your student looks their best is absolutely expected!

What to bring:
Students need to bring 2 pairs of clean black socks to the fitting to put in their garment bag.
(Please note that all black socks found in garment bags were removed for washing and not returned.)
