Rehearsal Schedule for week of 1.16

Tueaday January 16th, 6:30-9:30 Rehearsal at LN

Thursday January 18th, 6:30-9:30 Rehearsal at LN

Saturday January 20th, 2:00-9:00 Rehearsal at LN

Good luck to all LTWP members participating in the Purdue Jazz Festival on Saturday. We will see you at rehearsal after your performance, please be safe traveling back to LN.

WGI Housing Info:

This year the performers will be staying at the Holiday Inn in Richmond Indiana for WGI. This will be close to our rehearal site, and not too far from WGI. We are arranging an extra block of rooms for parents that want to travel to the championships. Please wait to book your rooms until we have confirmation that our extra rooms are booked, we want to make sure we get the best rate for parents. More info next week in listserve.

Snack Donation for LTWP Season:

LTWP is looking for snack donations for our upcoming season. Providing performers with snacks during our long show days is vital to the performers. Please consider dontating. All snack donttions can be brought and stored at LN.

Tuition Payment Options: Please make sure your account is current. If there are any questions, contact your schools financial secretary

Payment Plan (4 payments)

$150 – Saturday, December 16th 2017

$150 – Tuesday, January 9th 2018

$150 – Wednesday, February 7th 2018

$150 – Tuesday, March 6th 2018
