The staff hopes you had a relaxing holiday break. We are excited to get back to work, making our show amazing. There is important information in this newsletter so PLEASE read everything.
Rehearsal Schedule for the week of 1.7:
- Tuesday, Jan 8th 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN
- Thursday, Jan 10th 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN
- Friday, Jan 11th 6:30 – 8:30pm Rehearsal at LN
- Saturday, Jan 12th 2:00 – 9:00pm Rehearsal at LN
Payment due tomorrow!
Please make sure you are staying up with your financial commitments. Our ensemble only runs if ALL members pay their dues on time. If you have questions about your account status, please see your home school performing arts secretary.
Payment Options:
Option #1.: Full Payment ($700) on or before December 15th
Option #2: Payment Plan (5 payments)
– $150 – Saturday, December 15th 2018
– $150 – Tuesday, January 8th 2019
– $150 – Wednesday, February 6th 2019
– $150 – Tuesday, March 5th 2019
– $100 – Tuesday, April 2nd 2019
Ear Plugs: Are your performers wearing them? Please remind them!
Hearing loss is a real danger for your performers. We are forced to always rehearse inside because of the elements. Please make sure you remind your performers to wear ear plugs at rehearsal.
Music and MP3’s:
Please do not share any sheet music or MP3’s of your show with people outside of our ensemble. This includes past ensemble members and alumni. If they want to see your show, invite them to one!
