We have an exciting week coming up, and there’s a lot going on, so please review each section below to stay informed!
Rehearsal Schedule for the week of 1.28:
- Tuesday, Jan 29th 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN
- Thursday, Jan 31st 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN – This rehearsal has been added to the schedule for this week. Make sure you’re there!
- Friday, February 1st 6:30 – 8:30pm Rehearsal at LN
- Saturday, Feb 2nd 10:00am – 3:00pm Rehearsal at LN – Note: We’re starting earlier than normal due to the Friends and Family performance
Friends and Family Show – This Saturday, February 2nd
- Our ensemble is making great progress with this year’s show, and we can’t wait for you to see it!
- The show begins at 5:00pm in the LN Gymnasium
- Performers should wear a black t-shirt and athletic shorts
- Students will have a short break between rehearsal and their performance. Students are not permitted to leave LN for any reason during this time.
Chili Dinner Fundraiser
- Join your fellow LTWP families after the Friends and Family Show for a Chili Dinner Fundraiser!
- For $5 per person, you get a bowl of chili with all the fixings, a piece of cornbread or breadstick, and a dessert
- Dinner will be in the LN Cafeteria
- We are still greatly in need on donations for our Chili Dinner, any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated! Click on the link below to sign up:
Spirit Wear – New logo, new apparel available!
- All students have been given an updated LTWP Apparel Guide & Order Form
- If you need another copy, pick one up during rehearsal or view the order form attached to this newsletter.
- The first group orders are due by this Saturday. Email Jen Jansen at jenniferjansen with questions.
Please make sure you are staying up with your financial commitments. Our ensemble only runs if ALL members pay their dues on time. If you have questions about your account status, please see your home school performing arts secretary.

Option #1.: Full Payment ($700) on or before December 15th
Option #2: Payment Plan (5 payments)
– $150 – Saturday, December 15th 2018
– $150 – Tuesday, January 8th 2019
– $150 – Wednesday, February 6th 2019
– $150 – Tuesday, March 5th 2019
– $100 – Tuesday, April 2nd 2019
Ear Plugs: Are your performers wearing them? Please remind them!
Hearing loss is a real danger for your performers. We are forced to always rehearse inside because of the elements. Please make sure you remind your performers to wear ear plugs at rehearsal
Thursday Night Runs:
We need your support. Most Thursday nights LTWP has full ensemble rehearsals in the main gym at LN between 8:30-9:30pm. The rehearsal concludes with a full run of the show during the last 10 minutes. Friends and family are always welcome to watch these Thursday night rehearsals quietly. Your presence would better help the performers experience what a live performance would feel like. You may enter door number 16 and proceed to the main gym.
