Itinerary
To-do before you arrive @ LN:
– Pack/Bring Lunch Today!
– Check all uniform parts and bring clothes/shoes/make-up/prep for the whole day
– Hype! Show day LTWP!
9am – Arrive at LN, clean/tune/prep equipment
9:30am – Rehearsal begins. Pit in band room, battery in choir room
11:15am – Eat Lunch that you packed, set up in Field House
Noon – Full Ensemble in Field House
2:15pm – Run Through
2:50 – Rehearsal ends
- First: Load truck & Eat (Meal provided by LTWP Meal Plan)
- Then: Hair, Make-Up, Dress
4:50pm – Load busses, Depart for DCHS
5:20pm – Arrive @ DCHS
5:30pm – Check-in students door #1 (front door)
5:51pm – Pictures
6:11pm – Transit to Warm-Up
6:17pm – Warm-Up Room A
6:37pm – PreStage
6:47pm – Perform “I Was Perfect…”
6:57pm – Load, snacks & water, change out of uniform, watch other groups back balcony WSA & WSW
8:30pm – Students report to retreat staging – John R, Sam, Ben, Ethan
8:45pm – Awards/Retreat
Depart for LN ASAP
10:30pm – Dismissal from LN – after Unload and clean-up is complete (10:30PM or earlier if possible)
- Students must stay to clean up and put away instruments at LN, and may not leave early unless excused by a director
