Good Morning LTWP:

This week we have been faced with more snow and cold related challenges, but we will push through for our friends and family show tomorrow at 5:00 followed by our chili dinner at 6:00. If for some reason there is bad weather, we will send out something with our plan via remind and this list serv.

Rehearsal Schedule for the week of 2.1:

• Tuesday, Jan 29th 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN
• Thursday, Jan 31th 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN
• Friday, Feb 1st 6:30 – 8:30pm Rehearsal at LN
• Saturday, Feb 2nd 10:00 – 4:00pm Rehearsal at LN
• Saturday, Feb 2nd 5:00pm LTWP Friends and Family Show and Chili dinner at 6:00pm

Please make sure you are staying up with your financial commitments. Our ensemble only runs if ALL members pay their dues on time. If you have questions about your account status, please see your home school performing arts secretary.

Hearing loss is a real danger for your performers. We are forced to always rehearse inside because of the elements. Please make sure you remind your performers to wear ear plugs at rehearsal

Tomorrow is our Winter Percussion Friends and Family Show, on Saturday, February 2nd!

After the show, join your fellow LTWP friends and family in the Cafeteria for a Chili Dinner Fundraiser. For just $5, you get a bowl of chili with all the fixings, a piece of cornbread, and dessert.

Thursday Night Runs:

We need your support. Most Thursday nights LTWP has full ensemble rehearsals in the main gym at LN between 8:30-9:30pm. The rehearsal concludes with a full run of the show during the last 10 minutes. Friends and family are always welcome to watch these Thursday night rehearsals quietly. Your presence would better help the performers experience what a live performance would feel like. You may enter door number 16 and proceed to the main gym.

Apparel and Shoe Money due by Friday Feb 8th:

Students and parents that are wishing to purchases LTWP items need to have thier order forms into Jen Jansen no later than the 8th of Feb. Students will also need to have thier $35 shoe fee in by that time is well. If there are questions please contact Jen Jansen or Neal Titus.

IPA Invitational on Feb 9th:

Our schedule and itinerary for next week’s show at Franklin Central will be released on Monday. Our students perform at 7:59pm.

We have an exciting week coming up, and there’s a lot going on, so please review each section below to stay informed!

Rehearsal Schedule for the week of 1.28:

• Tuesday, Jan 29th 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN
• Thursday, Jan 31st 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN – This rehearsal has been added to the schedule for this week. Make sure you’re there!
• Friday, February 1st 6:30 – 8:30pm Rehearsal at LN
• Saturday, Feb 2nd 10:00am – 3:00pm Rehearsal at LN – Note: We’re starting earlier than normal due to the Friends and Family performance

Friends and Family Show – This Saturday, February 2nd

• Our ensemble is making great progress with this year’s show, and we can’t wait for you to see it!
• The show begins at 5:00pm in the LN Gymnasium
• Performers should wear a black t-shirt and athletic shorts
• Students will have a short break between rehearsal and their performance. Students are not permitted to leave LN for any reason during this time.

Chili Dinner Fundraiser

• Join your fellow LTWP families after the Friends and Family Show for a Chili Dinner Fundraiser!
• For $5 per person, you get a bowl of chili with all the fixings, a piece of cornbread or breadstick, and a dessert​

Good Morning LTWP:

This week we are faced with some challeneges. It is supposed to snow a lot on Saturday (10 inches), so we will need to keep an eye on if its safe to drive to rehearsal or not. If for some reason it is too bad outside, the staff will make the decision to call rehearsal no later than 12:00 pm. The last thing we want is to cancel rehearsal, but we do not want people risking saftey to come to LN.

LTWP Family and Members,

Due to a scheduling conflict, the staff has made the decision to cancel rehearsal this Friday, 1/18/2019. Take this opportunity to practice your music at home and review drill. We will resume our normal scheduled rehearsal Saturday from 2:00-9:00. If you have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact Mr. Titus.

Please do not share any sheet music or MP3’s of your show with people outside of our ensemble. This includes past ensemble members and alumni. If they want to see your show, invite them to one!

We are finishing up staging the show and beginning to clean, this is an exciting time! and will be playing through the show as an ensemble. Please remember this past Saturday your first payment was due. If you have not turned it in, please check with your financial secretary to make sure your account is current.
