Rehearsal Schedule for the week of 1.16:
Monday, January 16th 10am – 5pm Rehearsal at LN

No Saturday rehearsal this week due to FCVMS, BMS, LC & LN Jazz Bands participating in the Purdue Jazz Fest.

Synth/Piano Opening
We have an opening for 3rd synth/piano. If you know of anyone with strong piano experience, please have them contact me ASAP.
Can we borrow your luggage?
Seriously!! We have a crazy plan for the show but need pieces of luggage to make it happen. You can donate old luggage or loan us yours for the season. If you are able to help, please have your performer bring the pieces in to Mr. Bushey’s office before an LTWP rehearsal. Make sure to label with your name and communicate with Mr. Bushey if you would like them returned.
WGI Housing
Performers will be staying overnight in the Dayton area during WGI Championships April 20th and 21st. We will leave school sometime on Thursday the 20th and come home very late on Saturday the 22nd. Because of how large WGI has grown, we will be performing at three different sites for WGI Championships. Our hotel is located in the middle of all three sites.
New Info: Support staff for the trip which includes: crew members, chaperones, meal plan and uniform/wash crew members will have first priority in arranging hotel rooms at the Franklin, OH Quality Inn. They need to be at the same hotel as students in order to react quickly to the needs of the staff and performers during WGI Championships weekend. The chair persons of each volunteer group will finalize the support staff assisting on the trip. Everyone else, please wait until Monday, January 23rd to start booking personal rooms. Thanks for your understanding.
