Great job on your first place finish at Saturday’s Invitational! Your staff is incredibly proud of the effort that you have put in to get to this point and how you continue to improve!
Rehearsal Schedule for the week of 2.11
- Monday, Feb 11th 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN
- Wednesday, Feb 13th 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN
- Friday, Feb 15th 6:30 – 8:30pm Rehearsal at LN
- Saturday, Feb 16th 2:00 – 9:00pm Rehearsal at LN
Please make sure you are staying up with your financial commitments. Our ensemble only runs if ALL members pay their dues on time. If you have questions about your account status, please see your home school performing arts secretary.
Payment Options:
Option #1.: Full Payment ($700) on or before December 15th
Option #2: Payment Plan (5 payments)
– $150 – Saturday, December 15th 2018
– $150 – Tuesday, January 8th 2019
– $150 – Wednesday, February 6th 2019
– $150 – Tuesday, March 5th 2019
– $100 – Tuesday, April 2nd 2019
Ear Plugs: Are your performers wearing them? Please remind them!
Hearing loss is a real danger for your performers. We are forced to always rehearse inside because of the elements. Please make sure you remind your performers to wear ear plugs at rehearsal
Volunteers Needed:
Running a successful program requires dedication from our LTWP students and family members, and we are always appreciative of those who give their time to volunteer. With our competition season set to begin, there will be a growing need for help in the following areas:
- Meal Plan
- Chaperones
- Wash Crew
- Road Crew

Thursday Night Runs:
We need your support. Most Thursday nights LTWP has full ensemble rehearsals in the main gym at LN between 8:30-9:30pm. The rehearsal concludes with a full run of the show during the last 10 minutes. Friends and family are always welcome to watch these Thursday night rehearsals quietly. Your presence would better help the performers experience what a live performance would feel like. You may enter door number 16 and proceed to the main gym.
Show Shirts:
Show shirt order forms are now available! Copies are available outside of the band room, or download the form attached to this email. The first show shirt order will be placed this Friday, February 15th. Email Jen Jansen with any questions or concerns at jenniferjansen
LTWP Spirit Wear:
The first spirit wear order has been placed and should be ready within the next couple of weeks! There will be one more apparel order placed this season. Please submit all orders no later than March 1st. Email Jen Jansen with any questions or concerns at jenniferjansen
Performer Shoe Purchase:
All LTWP performers have brand new suede Puma tennis shoes as part of their costume this year. While these shoes will stay with the uniforms throughout the season, students have been given the option to purchase their shoes to wear after the season is finished. The cost is $35 per pair, and is payable to your home school’s performing arts office. LC students should make checks payable to LCPAA, and LN students should make checks payable to LN Band Boosters.
