Greetings LTWP:
Our students were spectacular this past weekend. They competed Saturday at the WGI Indy regional and placed 1st, earning a spot in the finals performance on Sunday. Sunday, the team finished 1st as well, winning the class both nights! The staff is so very proud of all our students, volunteers, and crew. Hats off to EVERYONE!
LTWP has been faced with several scheduling challenges this year. Due to gym changes by the LN athletic deparement, LTWP will be forced to change our Tuesday rehearsal to Monday March 11th at LN. We know this change causes many stresses and we apologize, but this is our only time to get the gym. If you have a conflict, please communicate your conflict with the directors. We understand you have already scheduled things around our origonal schedule. We are happy to accomodate.
Rehearsal Schedule for the week of 3.11
- Monday, March 11th 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN
- Thursday, March 14th 6:30 – 9:30pm Rehearsal at LN
- Friday, Mar 15th 6:30 – 8:30pm Rehearsal at LN
- Saturday, March 16th 11:30am Report to LN for rehearsal
- Saturday, March 16th LTWP performance at Decatur Central for IPA Semi State
- As soon as IPA releases the Semi-State performance schedule we will send out and updated schedule for the day. Please be on the look out.
Please make sure you are staying up with your financial commitments. Our ensemble only runs if ALL members pay their dues on time. If you have questions about your account status, please see your home school performing arts secretary.

Option #2: Payment Plan (5 payments)

Ear Plugs: Are your performers wearing them? Please remind them!
Hearing loss is a real danger for your performers. We are forced to always rehearse inside because of the elements. Please make sure you remind your performers to wear ear plugs at rehearsal

Running a successful program requires dedication from our LTWP students and family members, and we are always appreciative of those who give their time to volunteer. Thursday Night Runs:
We need your support. Most Thursday nights LTWP has full ensemble rehearsals in the main gym at LN between 8:30-9:30pm. The rehearsal concludes with a full run of the show during the last 10 minutes. Friends and family are always welcome to watch these Thursday night rehearsals quietly. Your presence would better help the performers experience what a live performance would feel like. You may enter door number 16 and proceed to the main gym.
Once again, the staff appreciates everyones hard work over these past couple months. Our group doesnt work without everyones hard work and we want you to know how much we appreciate the students/parents/volunteers. Thank you all, we love you!
